What is Certificate of Conformance?

The certificate of conformance is used to confirm that when customers are unable to achieve IATF16949 certification due to the following reasons, they have met IATF16949 and process requirements outlined in the "Rules": A) New sites with less than twelve (12) months of internal or external performance data for automotive production and/or service parts within the scope of certification; B) Existing sites that can demonstrate their inclusion on the effective bidder list of customers requiring certification or IATF16949 compliance.
